My Review
After watching the videos, my review is why do they need to cyber bully each other? Is there any satisfaction? Cyber bullying can happen through the cyber world, for example through email and instant messaging.
Parents are also responsible for their children. They need to communicate with their children about their online experiences such as explaining about Internet Safety and appropriate use of technologies. Parents can make it clear that using the Internet or cellular phones to embarrass or hurt others’ feelings is not part of their family values.
For educators, they can teach students how to safe blogging, and how to monitor their online reputation. Many universities encourage lecturers to keep blogs where class and homework assignments are posted for students to review. Students are asked to post assignments online. As you asked us to post our assignments online :) Providing tips on appropriate posting and online etiquette as part of incorporating more technology in the classroom is critical. In addition schools need clear policies against bullying and cyber bullying, and bullying prevention programs in their schools.
As a student, we also must not support mean material, gossip, or rumors online. We can also support a friend being targeted online by posting positive messages. Talk with an adult also can help.
